I also visited the vet with our girls last week, both of them having an infection in the eyes and I got antibiotic drops for them. Lisa refused to be handled enough that the vet could have examined her eyes in case there were any cuts in them, so she only could have prescripted a madicine without cortisone. Luckily she's let me put the drops now when home, but very, very reluctantly!! I also have to wash her mouth with mouth wash and I also bought her a tooth brush and paste set, as we had to remove that one tooth from her and she's still having some infection in the gums. Foxy's knees were examined too, inofficially but very thoroughly and nothing was found. This was because of the klicking sound I heard from her some time ago now.
Lisa ja Foxy kävivät lääkärissä viime viikolla, molemmat saivat silmiin tipat, Lisalle ilman kortisonia koska emme kuinkaan päin saaneet laitettua sille tippoja silmiin, jotta lääkäri olisi voinut tarkistaa silmät haavojen varalta. Joten Lisa sai eri tipat kuin Foxy. Onneksi olen sentään täällä kotona jotenkin päin aina onnistunut tipat silmiin saada, kiinni pitäminen ei onnistu, se on sama kuin koettaisit yksin pestä halutonta kissaa... !! Lisalle tuli ostettua myös hammasharjasetti, sillä kun ikenet punottaa edelleen hampaanpoiston jälkeen, luita se kyllä syö enkä oikein tiedä mikä punoitusta aiheuttaa. Kehottivat vielä lääkärissä huuhtelemaan/hieromaan ikeniä suuvedellä, jos tulehdus siitä rauhoittuisi.
